Ne'bai (Heb. Neybay', ניבָי, fruitful; text נוֹבָי, Nobay'; Sept. Νωβαϊv v.r. Βωναϊv; Vulg. Nebai), one of the chief of the people who sealed the covenant with Nehemiah (Ne 10:19). B.C. cir. 410.
