Jones, Cornelius

Jones, Cornelius, a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born at Hinsdale, Mass., May 20,1800; was converted in Geauga Co., Ohio, Feb. 1821; entered the Pittsburgh Conference in 1827; and died at Alleghanytown, Aug. 27, 1835. He was a diligent student, an able minister, and a successful evangelist. — Conference Minutes, 2, 483.
