Jacob of Viterbo

Jacob Of Viterbo archbishop of Naples, who died in 1308, was at first an Augustinian monk, and had the reputation of great learning. Gandolfo, in his dissertation, De Ducentis Augustinianis, attributes to him a large number of works, which are still unpublished. See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
