Hanstein, Gottfried August Ludwig

Hanstein, Gottfried August Ludwig a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Magdeburg, September 7, 1761. He studied at Halle, was in 1782 teacher at the cathedral-school of his native place, in 1787 preacher at Tangermunde, in 1804 member of consistory and preacher at Berlin, and died February 25, 1821, doctor of theology.
