Gleich, Johann Andreas

Gleich, Johann Andreas a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Gera, September 30, 1666. He studied at Wittenberg, was in 1690 deacon at Torgau, in 1696 court- preacher at Dresden, in 1722 member of consistory, and took the degree as doctor of theology in 1724. He died August 1, 1734, leaving, Diss. de Lituriis Orientalibus (Wittenberg, 1724): — De S.
