Ewh, Georg

Ewh, Georg a Lutheran minister, was born in 1828, at Kirchberg, in Rhenish Prussia. He studied theology at Bonn and Berlin, came to America in 1866, and was appointed pastor of the Lutheran Church (St. Matthew's) at Jersey City, N.J., where he died, April 7,1881. (B.P.)
