Elijah Ben-chayim

Elijah Ben-Chayim of Constantinople, who flourished in the beginning of the 17th century, is the author of אמרי שפר, or Homilies on the Pentateuch (Venice, 1630): — מים חיים, or Decisions (ibid. 1647).
