Eleusius

Eleusius bishop of Cyzicus, one of the most influential members of the Semi-Arian party in the second half of the 4th century, was a man of high personal, character. At the instance of Acacius he was deposed, A.D. 360, but returned the next year, and finally seems to have fallen under the general condemnation of the Macedonian heretics, A.D. 383.
