Daddi, Cosimo

Daddi, Cosimo an Italian painter, was born at Florence, where he flourished from about 1600 to 1630. He has several pictures in the monastery of San Lino, in that city, representing scenes from the Lif of the Virgin. In the church of San Michaele there is still an altar-piece representing the patron saint of that church defeating the apostate angels. Daddi died in 1630.
