Creigh, Thomas, D.D.

a Presbyterian minister, was born in Landisburg, Perry County, Pennsylvania, September 9, 1808. He graduated from Dickinson College in. 1828; was soon afterwards converted, and studied theology under Reverend Geo. Duffield, D.D., and at Princeton Seminary; was licensed by the Presbytery of Carlisle; ordained pastor of the Upper West Conococheague Church at Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, in 1831 and continued there with great zeal, fidelity, and usefulness until his sudden death, April 21, 1880.
