Courtenay, John

Courtenay, John a Scotch clergyman, was licensed to preach in 1635; and presented to the living at Bolton in 1640. He deserted his charge at Whitsunday, 1661, and went to Ireland. See Fasti Eccles. Scoticance, 1:322.
