Cornish, John

Cornish, John an English Presbyterian minister, was born in 1687; was chosen assistant to Joshua Bayes, at the Leather Lane meeting, early in the century, and continued to minister there with acceptance sand success till his death, November 28, 1727. He was pious, serious, wise, prudent, and useful. See Wilson, Dissenting Churches, 4:399.
