Coo, Roger

Coo, Roger an English martyr, was a native of Melford, in Suffolk. He was brought before the bishop, examined, and condemned to be burned, on account of his belief in the true God and his abhorrence of the worship of idols. The sentence was executed at Yoxford, Suffolk, in 1555. See Fox, Acts and Monuments, 7:381.
