Clugny, Guillaume De

Clugny, Guillaume De, a French prelate, brother of Ferri, accomplished, like him, important missions under Philip the Good and Charles the Bold, dukes of Burgundy, and, after the death of the latter, went over to the service of Louis XI, of France, who made him bishop of Poitiers in 1479.
