Clough, James

Clough, James, an English Methodist preacher, was born at Rochdale, Lancashire. He began to travel in 1760 in connection with the Wesleyan Conference, and, after laboring for about eleven years, he settled at Leicester, where he acted as a local preacher till his death in 1795.
