Claudia (2)

Claudia was a sister of Sulpicius Severus, who was a disciple of St. Martin and presbyter in Aquitaine, and. flourished about A.D. 420, A great number of letters were written to her by her brother, all bearing on the religious life. Two of them remain (see Gennadius, De Script. Eccles. xix; Baluze, Miscellan. (Paris, 1678 ), i, 32; Ceillier, Auteurs, viii, 119). .
