Chelidonius and Haematerius

Chelidonius And Haematerius, brothers and soldiers, were martyred at the Gascon town of Calagurris (Calahorra, in Castile). The date of their martyrdom is wholly uncertain. They are honored with a hymn by Prudentius, περὶ στεφάνων, which is quoted by Gregory of Tours (Glor. Mart. p. 93). The day of the martyrdom of the saints is March 3, according to Gregory. .
