Chastain, Lewis

Chastain, Lewis, a Methodist Episcopal minister. was admitted into the itinerant ranks in 1787, and appointed assistant at Bertie, N. C.; in 1788, at Alleghany; in 1789, at Gloucester, Va.; and in 1790 and 1791 at Berkeley. In 1792 he located, and nothing more is recorded concerning him.
