Cellar

Cellar (Li 1, אוֹצָר, something laid up in store). This word is in 1Ch 27:28 rendered " cellar," but in another verse of the same chapter, "treasure," and "store-house," from which we may conclude that subterranean vaults are spoken of in each case. The same word is sometimes applied to the treasury of the Temple (1Ki 7:51) and of the king (1Ki 14:26).
