Causer, Joseph

Causer, Joseph an English Methodist minister, was born at Norton-Stockton, Shropshire, Sept. 25,1816. He was early converted, joined the Primitive Methodist Society, entered their itinerant ministry in 1842, and during thirty-one years labored in eighteen circuits, till failing health obliged him to take a supernumerary relation in 1873. He continued to preach as strength permitted, until his death at Monmouth, Wales, July 16, 1881.
