Carlill, Thomas

Carlill, Thomas an English Wesleyan minister, entered the itinerancy in 1762, after having been local preacher for ten years. In 1798 he became a supernumerary, and died in August, 1801. His sermons were sometimes characterized by an exuberance of wit. See Minutes of the British Conference, 1802.
