Capellino, Giovanni Domenico

Capellino, Giovanni Domenico, a Genoese painter, was born in the year 1580, and studied under Paggi. His best works are The Death of St. Francis, in San Niccolo, at Genoa, and his St. Francescai Romana, in San Stefano. He died in the year 1651.
