Blatchford, Henry

Blatchford, Henry a Presbyterian minister, was born at Ford, Devonshire, England, in December, 1788. He graduated from Union College, Schenectady, N. Y., in 1811, and studied theology at Princeton Theological Seminary, N. J. He was licensed by the New York Presbytery in 1815, and installed pastor of Orange Street Church, N. Y. He died Sept. 7, 1822. See Sprague, Annals of the American Pulpit, 4, 162.
