Blanshard, Thomas an English Wesleyan minister, was born in 1770. He entered the ministry in 1795, and labored on various circuits until 1808, when he was appointed to the office of book-steward. He discharged the duties of this office for fifteen years with diligence and inflexible integrity. He resumed the itinerancy in 1823, but a fatal disease kept him from its activities.
