Benivieni Dominico

Benivieni Dominico a Florentine theologian (surnamed Scottino, on account of his deep research in theology), was professor of logic at Pisa in 1479, and canon at Florence in 1491. He was on terms of intimate friendship with Marsilio Ficino and Jerome Savonarola.
