Barclift Wilson

Barclift. Wilson a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Perquimans County, N. C., Oct. 24, 1804. He was early taught the duties of a religious life by his pious mother, but did not realize the joys of Christian experience until 1824. In 1826 he entered the Virginia Conference in which he labored till his decease, Aug. 9, 1833. Mr. Barclift was characterized by his devotedness to the Church and his success in her upbuilding.
