Babcock, Cyrus Giles

Babcock, Cyrus Giles a Baptist minister, graduated at Brown University in 1816, and was licensed to preach in 1817. He was called to the pastorship of the Baptist Church at Bedford, Mass., but he declined the call because of ill-health. He died in March, 1817. See Sprague, Annals of the Amer. Pulpit, 6:387.
