Azlzus

Azlzus (῎Αζιζος), a king of Emesa, who embraced Judaism in order to marry Drusilla; but she afterward deserted him for Felix (Josephus, Ant. 20:7, 1, 2). He died in the first year of Nero (A.D. 54), and was succeeded by his brother Soaemus (Joseph. ib. 8, 4).
