Arieh

Ari'eh (Heb. Aryeh', only with the art., הָאִריֵה , the lion; Sept. Α᾿ρία), the name apparently of one of the body-guard slain with King Pekahiah at Samaria (2Ki 15:25). B.C. 757. SEE ARGOB.
