Mondari version Of The Scriptures The Mondari is spoken by the Koles of Chota Nagpore, Bengal Presidency. The Reverend N. Nottrott, of the German Missionary (Gosner's) Society, translated the gospel of Mark into the Monidari in 1875, which was printed in 1876 by the Calcutta Auxiliary. In 1879 the gospel of Luke was printed, and between 1881 and 1882 the gospels of John and: Matthew followed. The work of translation was done by the missionary already mentioned and the Reverend L.
